I’ve never had such a pleasant experience in a dentist’s office before. I was introduced to the entire staff as if I was being welcomed into a happy person’s family. And as unusual as the experience was, it felt genuine. Stephanie, the Administrative Assistant was both friendly and helpful over the phone and in the office. Dr. Riehl and his assistant Devon were friendly, relaxed and communicated the procedures clearly to me. And Christina, the financial manager was very friendly and helpful and was able to inform me that my insurance will cover nearly all of my expenses. I have never been very squeamish about my dental office experiences yet have never had a more pleasant experience. If I was reading this, I would assume it’s a fake, but it’s not.

I started coming to Dr. Riehl's dental practice when I was around 12 years old. My family trusted Dr. Ron Riehl; he was a great dentist and treated us well. Now as an adult with a family of my own, we have been seeing Dr. Doran Riehl for the last several years. He is very friendly, competent and trustworthy. The hygienists, assistants and office staff are always friendly and accommodating to your needs. I appreciate knowing that my kids are seeing a dentist that is reputable and their teeth and oral health are being well taken care of!

People around here are really friendly and enjoyable.

I took the medication you gave me and it helped to relax my body and feel calm. I didn't worry about what you guys did to my mouth. I would recommend sedation to people who are scared.

Since the early 1980's I've been cared for by the Riehl Family, first the father (Dr. Ron Riehl) and now the son (Dr. Doran Riehl). I've been very satisfied with their care and advice. I can heartily recommend them!

Last spring and summer I had 6 veneers placed on my front teeth and other major dental work performed at Dr. Riehl's office. Dr. Riehl, Heidi (dental assistant) and the entire staff did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend Dr. Riehl to anyone who needs general or more complex dentistry such as I needed. He is meticulous and does a very professional job!!

I love coming to Dr. Riehl's office. I am always greeted by name and with a smile. The staff is very concerned with my comfort as the work on my teeth or help with my billing Dr. Riehl is kind, quick and does a great job. This is the best dentist office in Yakima!

Dr. Doran Riehl helped me with my unique special teeth. I had a very loose tooth and I didn't want to lose it. I didn't want to be a person walking around with a tooth that fell out right in front. Dr. Riehl fashioned a wire brace that connected four teeth including the loose tooth and stabilized it. This was 8 years ago and that tooth is in as solid as any other tooth I have. God bless Dr. Doran Riehl!

Have I mentioned how much I LOVE my dentist's office? I referred a friend and now I get FREE whitening! My smile should be glowing in 6 months! Dr. Riehl's office is AWESOME!
